Exhibitor Manual

  • Exhibitor Manual - this explains all the forms and documents that must be submitted by all exhibitors as well as important contact information, deadlines, rules and regulations, etc.
  • Canada Border Services Agency Letter - for any exhibitors coming from outside of Canada, please attach a copy of this letter to all shipments coming into Canada as well as have a copy of the letter on your person at time of entry into Canada for presentation to Canada Border Services Agency Officials.
  • Show Decorator Order Forms - the official supplier should you like to order additional items for your booth.
  • Audio Visual Order Forms - the official supplier should you like to order audio visual equipment for your booth.
  • Shipping & Customs Forms - the official supplier for all shipping and customs brokerage needs.

New Policy & Guidelines for Outdoor Displays

1. For the 2011 Bird Strike North America Conference, outdoor displays are strictly prohibited unless approval by the venue and the Conference Secretariat is given in advance of the Conference. Please allow for 14 business days for an approval to be processed.

2. In order to be considered for an outdoor display, the exhibiting organization must provide full specifications of the display unit including dimensions. The exhibiting organization must also provide payment in full for the outdoor exhibit space(s) based on the size of the display unit. If approved, the venue and Conference Secretariat will assign the appropriate location for the display unit outside - at one of the outdoor parking lots of the Marriott Gateway on the Falls Hotel. Please keep in mind that the front entrance of the hotel is NOT available for any outdoor displays. Any additional parking fees and parking rules and regulations are the responsibility of the exhibiting organization. Should the display unit be towed due to parking violation, neither the venue nor the Conference Secretariat will be responsible.

3. Should an exhibiting organization bring a display unit without prior approval, they will be asked to remove it from the premises and hotel property.
