Delegate registrations include: Name Badge, Conference Bag, Welcome Reception as well as access to all Program Sessions, Poster Boards, Trade Show, On-site Program and Conference Meals (coffee breaks each day and lunch on Tuesday and Thursday). This year’s Conference Registration also includes a one year membership to Bird Strike Association of Canada.

Accompanying Person registrations include: Accompanying Person(s) will enjoy an Authentic Niagara Falls experience, Conference Meals (coffee breaks each day and lunch on Tuesday and Thursday), as well as participation at the Welcome Reception.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM
If you are paying by Credit Card and the Cardholder Name is different from the Registered Delegate Name, a completed Credit Card Authorization form is required from the Cardholder together with a copy of the front and back of the Credit Card. How to Make Payment

Full payment of registration fees must be received by each deadline in order to qualify for the published fees.

Payment can be made by Company Cheque, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Money Order, Bank Draft or Bank Transfer.

  • Credit Card charges are titled “International Conference Services” on the credit card Statements and are converted into the currency of origin.
  • Please ensure money orders, bank drafts, bank transfers or company cheque payments are identified clearly with the Delegates name and “BSNAC2011”.
  • Bank drafts, money orders and company cheques are only accepted in CAD dollars and must be drawn on a Canadian Bank.
  • Company cheques are payable to “International Conference Services c/o Bird Strike 2011”.
  • Bank Transfers are subject to a $25 wire fee. Please include the $25 fee to the total amount transferred. Bank Transfers to:

  • Delegates are responsible for all bank transfer fees.  Any outstanding fees will be collected at time of check-in at the on-site registration desk.

Please note all prices are in CAD dollars. Payments made over the internet are via a secured site.

Registration Confirmation

All Delegates will receive confirmation of information submitted through the Registration Form. The Registration Form acts as a Tax Receipt, and includes all applicable taxes.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Registration cancellations received via email or mailed to the 2011 Bird Strike North America Conference Organizer on or before Friday, August 12, 2011 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a $100 CAD administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Friday, August 12, 2011; however, the transfer of the registration to another person is acceptable with the completion and submission (fax or email) of a new Registration Form to the Conference Organizer prior to the Conference explaining who is being replaced. DO NOT USE THE ON-LINE REGISTRATION FORM FOR THIS PROCEDURE. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.

In the unlikely event that the 2011 Bird Strike North America Conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
